Sebastian founded Land Club as an affiliate company of Affinity Global Real Estate. Sebastian joined Affinity in August 2015 and his principal role is to oversee strategy and implement processes relating to fund raising methods, allowing Affinity GRE to source and regenerate redevelopment opportunities throughout the UK with a particular focus on London and the Home Counties.
Sebastian also manages the groups Residential portfolio which involves site identification and acquisition, refurbishment, lease extension (if needed) and strategic disposal.
Sebastian started his working career as a property manager in 2009 in commercial real estate. In 2011, he transitioned into the financial services sector as a financial adviser and subsequently established his own financial services agency specialising in protection and insurance.
A chartered Management Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in property investment and asset management, Eva Carter is Affinity’s Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for all finance, risk management and administrative functions.
She graduated in 1999 from Strathclyde Business School with a degree in Accounting and Economics and began her accountancy career at Hemmingway Properties. After completing CIMA examinations in November 2002, Eva joined Robert Whitton at AAIM Limited in January 2007 to spearhead the accounting and finance team and project manage its European SPVs within a portfolio that was acquired as part of a £2 billion European Property Fund joint venture with Bank of Scotland.
Since joining Affinity, Eva has built the finance department to support the groups expanding portfolio and commercial activity.
Vanisha is an ACCA qualified accountant with over 9 years of experience in the finance sector and 6 years in the property industry. Previously Vanisha has worked at Catalyst Capital and prior to this at Allen and Overy looking after partnership accounts.
As our Finance Manager, Vanisha assumes responsibility for treasury management advisory, financial transaction management, cash flow and production of management accounts.
Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the property and capital projects industry previously as director of the Arrowcroft Group PLC and Countryside (Commercial) Properties PLC and then as adviser to large landowners including, inter alia, TfL, Network Rail, NHS, 4CHotels, Trenitalia C2C.
Stephen heads up the deal origination team and uses his extensive contact network to source the best investment opportunities for Land Club.
